Cancellation

When you book online you are offered the option to pay an optional Cancellation Protection Fee. This fee will cover the cost of the trip should one of the passengers be unable to travel due to illness. Documentation in the form of a Medical Certificate signed by their doctor will be required but please click on the link below in order to view the full validity conditions and the procedures in the case of claims.

How to Accept the Cancellation Protection Fee

When you reach the Payment Details step of your booking you will be prompted to type "YESINS" in a text box if you wish to accept the fee.

The total fare displayed in the confirmation page will not include the fee, however the you will receive an email invoice which details the total charge to your card and includes a confirmation of the Cancellation Protection Fee acceptance.
