Sailing away from the coastline of Reykjavik and seeing the Aurora Borealis out on the North-Atlantic ocean with beautiful mountains and the city lights in the background is something you won't forget. Warm overalls are available, since it does get chilly in the winter and usually much of the time is spent outside gazing at the night sky. Warm and cosy seating area with cafe/snackbar inside the boat is also available.

Note: If weather conditions do not allow for northern lights boat tour, the tour operator will give you a chance to exchange the tour to either adventurous whale watching trip or delicious dinner at Kopar, one of Reykjavik's most popular restaurants. If there are no sightings on your tour, you will receive a ticket to try again on their next available tour. No refunds for not being able to see the northern lights or when alternative tour chosen.
